Weavik Inc (referred to as “Weavik”, "we" or “us”) respects all individuals' preferences concerning the collection and use of their personal information ("data"). This policy statement is here to let you know how we collect data, why we collect it, and what choices you have concerning its use.
Please note that Weavik maintains the same privacy practices described in this policy for data we collect offline; accordingly, references below to online subscribers also apply to individuals from whom we collect data offline (for example, on mailing list sign-up forms circulated at conferences or local meetup events or through research for organizations who share our interests).
This Privacy Policy does not extend to any websites or third-party services that can be accessed from this website, including but not limited to links provided to social media sites.

Data Collection, Usage and Storage
We collect data through the use of analytics (e.g. cookie tracking, web beacons, tracking pixels, etc...), through the information you share with us via forms or email, and lastly as provided through our use of third-party tools, such as Google Analytics and LinkedIn.
For sales and marketing purposes we collect contact information such as name, e-mail address and phone number to clients and prospective clients. Collected information is only stored as long as the information is relevant and then removed. We use third-party secured platforms for information storage.
We will hold all the data only for a period that is required for the purposes of the consent for which it was collected and will be no longer than as required by applicable privacy laws.
At Weavik, we only transfer and store collected data in accordance with applicable relevant regulations. In the event of a merger or a sale of Weavik, relevant client information may be transferred to the acquiring party. Confidentiality regarding all Personal Data will be guaranteed through a non-disclosure agreement with the acquiring party.

Providing us with your Personal Information is always your choice. However, your decision not to provide certain information may limit our ability to provide you with our products or services.
