What we worked on:

The Challenge

Olive’s initial demo site lacked the necessary source code for further development. The challenge was to rebuild the entire platform from scratch, in line with rigorous financial regulations and security standards, while adding significant value to Olive’s customers and supporting their fundraising and initial launch activities.

Our Approach

We established an open and transparent work environment, keeping Olive involved throughout the process as an integral part of our team. Leaning on our extensive experience in Fintech and PaymentTech, we delved into the complex task of integrating open banking technology into the existing infrastructure and fostering trust among Olive's customer base.

Our team developed a comprehensive MVP platform that included real-time Offers and Roundups services, effectively driving deposits and donations. We simultaneously achieved secure and successful integrations with Visa, Mastercard, and Questrade, ensuring Olive's platform remained on the cutting edge of financial technology.

The Outcome

Olive’s platform was successfully deployed to 3-5 reference customers, leading to a landmark achievement - entry into the Mastercard acceleration program. Our work laid the groundwork for Olive to build their own in-house team, solidifying their position as a key player in the open banking system.  The outcomes serves as a testament to Olive’s commitment to financial empowerment and the transformative power of open banking.
